A new home · family · career

U.S. immigration.
Let’s find clarity.

Big plans do not have to begin with uncertainty. Understand your options, prepare for an attorney consultation and move through the agreed stages of your case.

Begin with what matters to you

Not just a visa category.
A route for your goal.

You may know the visa name. Or you may simply want to work, join family or find a way through a difficult situation. We start with your goal.

A little guidance before we talk

Where are you now?

Choose the closest starting point and see what to prepare. This is not a visa eligibility assessment; that requires an attorney review.

Your starting point

Start with the goal, not the category

Where are you now? Do you want to work, join family or develop a project in the U.S.? Is there a prior case? These answers make the first conversation useful.

Three distinctions worth knowing

Visa. Status. Green card.

Related, but legally different. Understanding the distinction helps you ask better questions and avoid premature conclusions.

01

Visa

A travel document

Generally lets you travel to a port of entry and request admission. It does not itself guarantee entry or set the full authorized period of stay.

02

Status

The basis of your stay

Determines the conditions of stay and permitted activities in the U.S. Your I-94, category and case decisions matter, not just the visa expiry date.

03

Green card

Permanent residence

Evidence of permanent resident status. It is not citizenship: residents have their own obligations, and naturalization has separate requirements.

How coordination works

You don’t need
all the answers yet.

What matters is understanding the next step. We help organise the work so your questions do not get lost between documents and conversations.

Start a conversation ↗
  1. 1

    Understand your goal

Describe your goal in the official bot. A consultant clarifies the topic, preferred language and any urgent notices, without collecting a detailed case file in a general chat.

  2. 2

Review your situation with an attorney

The facts, immigration history, possible routes and gaps. Before work begins, agree on the provider, consultation format and fee.

  3. 3

    Agree a plan and scope

Agree the stages, who prepares documents, separate expenses and progress updates. Legal representation is established through an agreement with the attorney.

  4. 4

    Prepare and follow through

Gather supporting records, address inconsistencies and prepare for the next stage. Agency requests and additional services are handled within the agreed scope.

No arbitrary pricing or unclear scope

First, the scope. Then, the fee.

A consultation, full representation and help at one stage involve different work. Your proposal sets out the agreed services; government fees and additional expenses are discussed separately.

Understanding brings confidence

Useful details, without the fine print.

It’s okay to ask

The things you want to clarify.

I don’t know which route fits. Can we start there?

Yes. Start with your goal, where you are now and whether a case is already pending. A consultant helps arrange a review with an attorney. A category is selected after assessing the facts, not from a job title or one achievement alone.

Is O-1 a green card?

No. O-1 is a temporary nonimmigrant work category. EB-1A and EB-2 NIW are immigrant routes, but petition approval alone is not permanent resident status. Each category guide explains the separate stages.

What does legal support cost?

Fees depend on the scope: a consultation, full engagement, evidence response or a specific stage. You receive the scope and fee proposal before work begins. Government fees, translations and other expenses are agreed separately; current amounts are checked before filing.

Do you guarantee approval?

USCIS, a consulate or another competent authority makes the decision. Your attorney handles the agreed legal work: assessment, preparation and coordination. We do not promise an authority’s decision or suggest inventing facts for a case.

Can I seek help with a case someone else started?

Yes. First establish what was filed, what decisions were received and which deadlines are running. Prepare copies of notices and earlier submissions. Do not end existing representation without agreeing how the case will be transferred.

How do I start and share documents safely?

Start through @card1card_bot. Once the scope is agreed, your specialist explains which documents are needed and how to share them. Use the email form for non-urgent questions, without document numbers, persecution details or other sensitive information.

A question is a good start

Not sure how to describe your situation?
